End-to-end development and execution of a local production and distribution model in Liberia, transforming an import-based business into a scalable local operation.

  • Co-developed the “Easy Brewing System” technical solution in partnership with Actemium Strasbourg Plant Solutions
  • Built and screened a long list of potential industrial partners, including product-market fit analysis and preliminary negotiations
